Please keep in mind, that "ST" is only a timer which displays how many hours have been played. It is not an abbreviation for "stones" (a measurement of weight in the UK).
To successfully connect the Premium Fitness Board with your Wii console, please do the following steps:
SYNCHRONISATION OF THE PREMIUM FITNESS BOARD
Activate your Wii console
Start a Balance Board compatible game software
In the game you will be prompted to synchronise your Fitness Board. Depending on the games in use this prompt may appear at different stages early in the game, for example in the options menu.
Press the "POWER" button on the front of your Premium Fitness Board until the Power LED lights up.
Press the "SYNC" button inside the battery compartment of the Premium Fitness Board once. Now press and release the "SYNC" button on the console (red button behind the cover on the console’s front).
Your Premium Fitness Board’s front LED will light constantly, indicating a successful hardware-handshake of Board and console.
Only one Premium Fitness Board can be synchronised with your console at a time. It will be connected to P4, a Wii Remote that might have been registered as P4 before will be disconnected.
Press the "Clear" button in order to calibrate the weighing scale.
