The snakebyte Compatibility Guarantee

All snakebyte products are guaranteed compatible

In the event that a snakebyte product can no longer be used because of a service or firmware update, affected customers can take advantage of the snakebyte compatibility guarantee:

1. If the snakebyte product can be updated (via USB, for example), customers will receive new firmware to install..   
2. If the product cannot be updated at home, customers can send it to the snakebyte support center, which will send back either an updated controller or a new, compatible device for free.

In the second case, customers will have to cover the cost of shipping the incompatible controller or device to our support center, but Sunflex Europe GmbH will ship the new or updated controller back for free.

The guarantee is in effect as of October 1st, 2010 and covers all current and future snakebyte products.

EOL (end-of-life) products are not covered by the guarantee.
